Beau Pennington began his career with Robert Half International in March of 2006 in the role of staffing manager for the Accountemps line of business. He worked with local companies in varying industries identifying accounting and financial professionals on a temporary, interim and temp to hire basis for this client base. In February of 2007 he asked to take on the Division Director role. He remained in that role through June of 2008 before approached by leadership to transition to the Robert Half Finance & Accounting division whose specialization is recruitment of accounting and finance professionals on a direct hire basis working with gainfully employed passive seeking professionals. In November of 2010, Beau was tasked with oversight of the Robert Half Finance & Accounting division which services both publicly held, closely held companies in the Central Valley of California. Beau services the Fresno market to the north down through the Bakersfield market in the south.
